WARRANTY
At dainti we're proud to use the highest export quality materials in our jewellery. We can assure this as we manufacture our jewellery ourself and also manufacture and export for brands internationally.
All jewellery you purchase comes with a warranty for manufacturing defects. We'll cover your jewellery for an year under these circumstances -
- Soldering comes off, detaching your pendant from the chain
- If the lock on your chain is dysfunctional
We use the highest quality rhodium plating on all our jewelry. However, it is important to note that even the finest plating will tarnish over time if not cared for properly. To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, please carefully follow the care instructions provided on our website.
In the event that tarnishing occurs within the first week of receiving your product, we will accept the item for return and conduct an investigation. If it is determined that the tarnishing resulted from exposure to chemicals, such as soap, bleach, pool water, shampoo, handwash, lotion, or any similar substances, no refund or replacement will be offered.
For any tarnishing occurring after the first week, the same investigation process will apply, and you will be required to cover a non-refundable shipping charge of ₹150. Please note that any claims not adhering to these conditions will not be entertained.
